  Product assemble instruction

  (The following are four stage plates as an example)

  1. Connect the center joint of the four plates with the four-pin connector.

  2. The side of stage plates are connected with the two-pin connector like the drawing.

  3. The stage plates are connected with the corner connector like drawing.

  4. Assemble the high end aluminium profile(the lower end inside)

  5.Place the aluminum profile with end caps on opposite sides of the stage plate.

  （The function of the end cap is to fill the gap of the outer corner of the stage.）

  6.Place the printed sheet on the stage plate.

  7.Put the clear PC cover plate on the printed sheet, completely.

2. Question: What is the weight of Portable Floor FL01?
A: The weight of each plate is 1.27 kg. The weight of each square meter of the floor is 8.8kg.

3. Question: What kinds of weight can hold the floor?
A: The floor can hold 4000 kg per m². Each floor can hold 1000 kg. Point load of 0.4 kg p/cm².

4. Question: How is the Portable Floor FL01 packaged?
A: Each of the 8 floor plates and pc cover as well as the printing screen is equipped with a high-quality packaging bag, spare parts according to your needs with additional packaging. The outer packing is in cartons. We will protect every product.

5. Question: Why apply a protective film to the PC board?
A: To protect the PC board, provide anti-slip properties, and reduce wear and tear during use.

6. Question: Will the PC board affect the presentation of the image?
A: The PC board is made of high-transparency, high-quality PC material, which does not affect the presentation effect. However, the PC board with a protective film will reduce the clarity by 15%, which is inevitable.

7. Question: What is the material of the packaging bag? Can it protect the product? 
A: The packaging bag is made of polypropylene, which not only protects the product but is also reusable, making it very practical and environmentally friendly.

8. Question: What is the weight of a single package?
A: The weight of a single piece is 2.2kg, and the total weight for a package containing eight pieces is 19.5kg.

9. Question: How do I change the graphic if I want to?
A: Use a sucker to lift the cover, replace the graphic, and then close it back up. It's very convenient.

10. Question: What is the difference between the aluminum sloping edge and the aluminum square edge ?
A: There is no difference in material; the difference lies in their use. The aluminum sloping edge has a 45° angle, which is suitable for products with wheels. You can choose according to your needs.

11. Question: What if I need to place a power source on the portable floor?
A: Don't worry, we will provide a portable floor with holes and its parts to meet your requirements. However, please note that the diameter of the holes in the portable floor is 60mm, and the diameter of the cable should not exceed 10mm, otherwise it may cause the portable floor to be unstable.
